At Chashmalo.com, we are committed to delivering your eyewear and accessories swiftly, safely, and affordably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

   • We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. If your location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, our team will contact you for alternative solutions.

2. Order Processing Time

   • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
   • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
   • Prescription or customized lenses may require additional processing time of 2-4 business days.

3. Delivery Time

   • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
   • Express Delivery (where available): 1-3 business days.
   • Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

   • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.
   • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49-₹99 may apply for orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

5. Order Tracking

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can also track your order status under your account on Chashmalo.com.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

   • COD is available for select pin codes.
   • We reserve the right to disable COD for accounts with a history of repeated cancellations or order refusals.

7. Delivery Partners

   • We work with leading logistics partner such as Blue Dart to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

8. Undelivered Orders

   • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, we will make two more attempts. After that, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

9. Shipping Delays

   • In case of significant shipping delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.
