1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
• The item is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@chashmalo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

We offer exchanges for eligible items if stock is available. If not, you will be issued a refund, exchange of product, or credit note based on your preference.
